Haunted House

One day a kid went to a haunted house. He opened the door and jumped when a spider appeared in front of him. He took one step forward and the door closed behind him. The boy turned around and tried to open the door. It was locked. There was a loud noise that sounded like laughter that startled the boy. The boy turned looking terrified and was surprised to see a person's face staring at him.

"Why do people always enter my house? It's not haunted," the person said.
"Um..." the boy said. "It looks haunted."
"Well it's not," the person said.
The boy sent a questioning look at the spider that was still hanging in front of him.
"Just because there is a spider here doesn't mean this place is haunted," the person said.
"I might believe that if the door hadn't locked after I entered the house," the boy said.
"Safety procedure," the person replied.
"Whatever, I still believe this place is haunted," the boy said. "Can I get out of here?"
"Fine, but this place is not haunted."
"You should have people come here for Halloween," the boy said.
The person shot him a glare before unlocking the door.
"Oh yeah, last thing. Maybe add a sign that says 'Somebody lives here' or maybe even 'Something lives here'," the boy said.
"I might do that," the person said. "Are you going to come here later so we can talk again?"
"In this place? No way. Maybe we can meet at the park next to here," the boy said.
"Fine, same time tomorrow?"
"Okay."
THE END
